Ghosts in the Industrial Age Empty Ghosts in the Industrial Age

Post  Brandon Wed Nov 17, 2010 12:42 am

The past century, give or take, has experienced what seems to be a vast increase in paranormal activity. Is this due to a general increase in man's population and liberal views or a lack of religious faith? I have another possible theory;

EMF (Electro-Magnetic Fields) Meters are commonly used during paranormal investigations, not only to locate a [debatable] potential hazard, but in an attempt to record unusual or paranormal EMF spikes. Perhaps this is the key to the increase in paranormal activity today. Is it possible that our paranormal activity and/or ghosts are either created or stimulated by the amount of electro-magnetic, radio, wifi and television waves constantly pumped into the air? Essentially, we could be creating our own demons.

I'm thinking they're stimulated by it and are able to use all this energy to help manifest themselves in various ways (apparitions, EVPs, poltergeist activity, etc.).
